PrimeDrinks
Bottling agility in sales experience at PrimeDrinks
Designed and developed for PrimeDrinks, the Prime GO mobile and web app supports commercial teams manage customer visits, track performance and oversee commercial operations. Through close collaboration and user-focused research, we turned a complex sales process into an efficient, intuitive, and future-ready solution.
Goal
Our goal was to conceive a scalable, user-centered mobile and web app with three main objectives: optimize the efficiency of commercial processes, enhance the user experience, and expand both the range and depth of available features.
Uncorking a structured on-trade process
Initially approached as a revamp, the project evolved as we worked closely with the client to gain a deeper understanding of their on-trade process. Through the kick-off phase, we realized there was an opportunity to create a structured and more efficient process together. By product mapping, UX audits, user interviews and shadowing, we collaboratively developed a workflow that aligns with the team’s daily operations. This led to the creation of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) built around real user challenges and priorities.
Pouring consistency into the experience
We adopted a mobile-first design using OutSystems to ensure seamless functionality on all devices. Our team created a modular design system with reusable components, which guarantees UI consistency, accelerates development, and simplifies future scalability. The outcome is an interface optimized for flexibility, maintainability, and efficient use across both web and mobile platforms.
Feature-rich and future-ready
We developed several app features, including a dedicated report section, visit tracking, and a client profile section. These features were integrated into a clean, fast, and scalable interface that significantly enhanced operational flow and user autonomy.
Serving up Prime performance
The project led to substantial enhancements in performance, usability, and efficiency throughout the entire system. Client feedback highlighted that tasks were completed more quickly, error rates decreased, page loading times improved, system responsiveness increased, and user satisfaction scores rose. Both the backend and frontend were optimized, resulting in a smoother, faster, and more responsive experience, even during peak usage times.
