Global Shares, winner of the Deloitte ‘FinTech Company of the Year Award’​, is a leading independent provider of equity compensation software and management solutions for companies and their employees worldwide. We worked together on improving Forge, Global Share’s Design System, to leverage the growth and evolution of our client’s platform.

Global Share’s platform has multiple gateways and different areas within each of them. This creates extra layers of complexity and challenges the creation of coherent digital experiences. Our goal was to build a Design System whose assets and conventions would help Global Shares to overcome this challenge.

Because the Design System is accessible to all teams at any given time, its assets and rules are easily adoptable by new team members.

The Design System helps the product to scale. Its design principles and components can be applied to new products.

The Design System contributes to reducing task redundancy. It also enables rapid iteration and improvement, increasing speed of delivery from idea to production.

Because the Design System assures unified brand experiences, it increases brand trust. On top of that, it also improves user experience, leading to higher customer attraction, satisfaction and retention indexes.
