Talent Acquisition Specialist
ROLES DESCRIPTION We need your help to growth and help our fantastic team handle with high volume recruitment in areas such as Technology, UX/UI and Project Management. You will also participate in the implementation of several processes within our group activities. Know more about WYgroup here. Your responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs. MAIN REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Previously experienced in full life cycle recruiting with IT roles
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media and resume databases
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
NICE TO HAVE
  • Fluency in English
  • Experienced in using Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter would be an advantage;
  • Familiarity with professional networks like Stack Overflow, Github, Dribbble, etc
  • Experience in mobile projects
  • Scrum Master and PMP certificates
  • Interest for Interactive Design and UX Processes
